Β· **Risk Assessment and Management** - Review complex legal and regulatory documentation, translate requirements into plain language, and perform risk assessments in accordance with established methodologies.- **You're an experienced compliance leader**. You bring 10-15 years of progressive business experience in compliance, risk management, legal, audit, or governance within the financial services industry, mainly in global regulatory requirements specific to quantitative risk areas such as Enterprise Risk, Credit Risk and ECL, Stress Testing, Regulatory Reporting) and corporate function areas (such as Legal, Related Party Transactions, Corporate Governance, Corporate Security, Whistleblower).* This role operates within a normal office environment.* You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.At CIBC, we are in business to help our clients, employees and shareholders achieve what is important to them.
