We are looking for an experienced Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Azure secure cloud environments, ideally within the government, law enforcement or defence sector. This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing consultancy that delivers cutting-edge cloud and infrastructure solutions across high-security environments.
You will play a key part in supporting and evolving enterprise-scale Azure platforms, applying modern Infrastructure as Code practices, and ensuring robust, secure operations aligned with UK government standards.
Type: Permanent
On/Offsite: Hybrid - mostly remote with some on-site work in London OR Sheffield
Security Clearance: SC Clearance
Start Date: ASAP
Core Skills & Experience:
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), Bicep
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, SAN storage, failover clustering
- Proficiency with Office 365, System Center (SCOM), and basic SQL troubleshooting
- Active SC and NVVP3 Clearance
- Previous experience in a defence, government, or secure consultancy setting
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
