We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. You will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
- Minimum 10 years of experience plus BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect position
- Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above)
- Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
- Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
