CI&T is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and partner closely with senior leaders across EMEA.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth across the UK, Portugal and Brazil.

You’ll influence leadership decisions, shape organisational design, develop talent and succession pipelines, strengthen performance management, and lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
