The Data & Analytics Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of data products β from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize initiatives, define data requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee data architecture, pipelines, and governance to guarantee quality and accessibility.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, data science) to deliver high-impact solutions, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Previous experience in data and analytics projects.
- Previous experience in project management.
- Experience with value-based prioritization and risk management.
- Experience with team leadership.
- Experience in either the Data Platform, Data Visualization, or Data Migration space.
- Experience with major AZURE Cloud Platform provider.
- Experience migrating data platform to cloud.
- Experience building data platforms on-prem and in the cloud.
- Experience with widely used operational tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with AI/ML.
