About the role – Maintenance As a Global Trainee in Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring production reliability, product quality, food safety, and optimal asset performance within one of our manufacturing plants.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with production teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of new technologies and innovative maintenance processes.
You will also help strengthen safety standards, improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and prevent workplace incidents.
Please note that this position is based in one of our manufacturing plants and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Advanced level of English, with the ability to work in a global environment.
Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
Available to work full-time starting in September 2026.
Willingness to relocate temporarily or permanently, both within and outside your home country, according to the programme's needs.
Availability for international travel.
