Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telesales Specialist to join our team on-site in Greater Manchester. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their security and fire system needs, and promoting our solutions and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound sales calls
- Providing product information
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a high level of customer relationship management
- Working collaboratively with the sales and support teams to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse clients
- Proven ability in Sales with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in providing Training to clients or team members, as needed, is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the security or fire solutions industry is highly desirable
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools
