CI Projects are seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant to lead a focused capital project review for a major client.
This role requires proven expertise in driving operational excellence, identifying capital efficiencies, and applying structured lifecycle management frameworks in high-value programme environments.
As the Consultant, you’ll deliver a short-term, high-impact review—analysing end-to-end capital investment and unlocking opportunities to improve performance, reduce waste, and strengthen project governance.
- Lead an 8-week review of capital projects focused on performance, value, and delivery
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify root causes and inefficiencies
- Evaluate current capital spend against business objectives and strategic outcomes
- Recommend improvements across governance, lifecycle stage-gates, and decision-making
- Engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on outcomes
- Drive implementation of recommendations that deliver tangible cost, process, and time savings
