We are a group of six smart agencies that provide clients with marketing strategy, creative and digital solutions, live events, data analytics, and PR across many market sectors.
We are well-established and have developed a reputation for delivering and exceeding expectations to some of the world’s best-known brands, including Royal Caribbean, HP, Microsoft, Westcoast, and many more.
The role
You’ll be responsible for delivering exciting and creative live (and sometimes virtual) events, in the UK and internationally, to a fabulous range of blue-chip clients, particularly in IT, FMCG and Telco.
You’ll take ownership of all things project management and be responsible for the ideation, creation, management, and delivery of large-scale events.
In this role, you’ll work creatively with some of the world’s biggest brands and will have the opportunity to travel to some amazing places.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Management – speak with clients to find out their exact event requirements
- Event Ideation – produce detailed proposals for events that will surprise and delight
- Project management – take responsibility for all pre-event planning, briefing teams, project plans and documentation, venue liaison, supplier management, contracts and budgets
- Creativity – be creative and proactive with communications to support client programmes
- Make an impression – demonstrate the highest level of service and responsiveness.
- Efficiency – ensure timesheets, budget sheets, project reconciliations and invoicing are kept up to date
- Demonstrate ROI – ensure client reporting requirements are clear and met
- Help drive our business – research opportunities for new clients and events
The package
- Up to £35,000 starting salary
- A monetary bonus system (up to 10% on top of your annual salary)
