Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Execution
- Take a high-impact, hands-on role in closing the project, driving the production roadmap through the final critical stages of development.
- Act as the primary "pusher" for major game modules, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery as we move toward the final "gold" master.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks in real-time, keeping the team focused strictly on critical path goals.
- Participate in the strategic planning and production phases of upcoming projects within the studio's roadmap.
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Associate Producers, maintaining a culture of accountability and high-velocity output during the shipping phase.
- Optimize internal workflows and communication loops to remove daily bottlenecks and maintain production momentum.
- Act as the operational bridge between the development team and executive leadership, providing clear, data-driven visibility into the "closing" status.
- Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Department Directors to reconcile ambitious goals with the technical and time constraints of a project near completion.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure team wellbeing while meeting intensive development milestones.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on shifting priorities through clear documentation and rapid project updates.
Key Requirements:
- Shipped at least 2 AA+/AAA titles as a Producer - experience in the final "closing" stages of a project is a must.
- Mastery of production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire a diverse team during high-intensity periods.
- Professional fluency in English; essential for clear, rapid communication across our global team.
- A deep understanding of the technical challenges involved in modern AA+/AAA game development and "going gold."
Desirable:
- Experience managing large-scale remote or distributed development teams.
- A passion for data-driven production and process optimization.
- Deep interest in the Soulslike genre and its unique production requirements.

Recruitment Process:
Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage. Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well. After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values. We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test. If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
