The Role
We’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Bodmin. This is a pivotal role within our Sales department, supporting the smooth operation of our unique distribution model and ensuring our distributor partners receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. As Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between our distributors, production team and customers, managing the entire order lifecycle with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming sales orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at every stage
- Prepare and send quotes to distributors promptly and professionally
- Manage order approvals and coordinate the visual proofing process
- Arrange and send product samples to clients and distributors
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing friendly, knowledgeable support
- Liaise closely with our production team to monitor ongoing orders and maintain clear communication
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with CHX distributor partners
- Keep CRM and order management systems up to date with accurate information
- Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is crucial in this role
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and order management systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in sales support, administration or customer service
- Experience working within manufacturing, distribution or B2B environments
- Knowledge of the promotional merchandise or print industry
- Familiarity with order processing and production coordination
