Byddwch yn siapio a gweithredu ein Strategaeth Technoleg, cryfhau ein frampweithiau llywodraethu, a sicrhau bod ein systemau a'n gwasanaethau yn ddiogel, yn breswyl, ac yn ganolog ar y defnyddiwr. Bydd eich gwaith yn cefnogi'r sefydliad i wneud penderfyniadau hyderus, gwella ein gallu digidol, a darparu profiadau gwell i'n staff, partneriaid a'r cymunedau rydym yn eu gwasanaethu. Byddwch hefyd yn partnerio'n rheolaidd gyda'r Tîm Dylunio Digidol a Gwasanaeth, gan sicrhau bod ein map ffordd digidol yn cael ei alluogi trwy systemau cadarn, seilwaith diogel a gwasanaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Y tu hwnt i Chwaraeon Cymru, byddwch yn adeiladu perthnasoedd cryf gyda Llywodraeth Cymru, corffau wedi'u cyllidebu eraill, cleientiaid sector a chyflenwyr allweddol.
