Churchtown Primary School is seeking an experienced Education, Welfare and Safeguarding Officer to lead safeguarding across the school and provide targeted wellbeing and pastoral support to pupils. You will work with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes.
As a key member of the pastoral team, you will manage safeguarding caseloads, lead meetings and deliver staff training to embed a strong safeguarding culture throughout the school.
