As a team member you’ll make our customers fish and chip dreams come true, offering exceptional customer service by following our core values and behaviours.
Team Members are responsible at all times for the staff they are working with by ensuring each other’s safety by following the company’s health and safety procedures as laid out in their staff induction. They are mainly responsible for serving customers, maintaining standards of food quality, store cleanliness and till work. Team Members are the main face for the Company therefore must always maintain a high level of quality, service and cleanliness, taking care to ensure total customer satisfaction. The role would involve a mixture of day and evening shifts including weekends, depending on the business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure we go above and beyond for our customers by ensuring they are served in a polite, professional manner
- Assembling orders for takeaway, Click & Collect and Delivery via our 'My Chippy' app
- Assisting Managers and Fryers to prepare food
- Supporting good food hygiene practices
- Supporting best practice for Health & Safety
