Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Coordinator to join our pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND to self‑regulate behaviour and be ready for learning, working closely with pupils, staff and parents.

Our school serves pupils with a range of special educational needs and caters for 84 pupils aged 8 to 18. We were recently rated outstanding by Ofsted in 2019 and judged effective in maintaining standards in the 2024 inspection.
We Are Looking For:
- A passionate pupil support coordinator keen to develop further and to take on advice of the behaviour lead.
- Experience or a keen interest in working with pupils with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
