Based in Luton, Capability Green | Hybrid We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Partner to join our recruitment team at Churchill Services. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you\’ll play a vital role in attracting and sourcing talent across a broad range of management and administrative roles. This is a key position where you’ll help shape and enhance our recruitment practices, lead campaigns for both individual and volume hiring, and ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You’ll also support the wider HR team in developing a compelling and authentic employer brand. As a Recruitment Partner you will: * Source and attract high-performing talent across various functions and divisions within Churchill Services * Use a range of resourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, and social media * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial briefing to offer stage * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS and CRM systems * Drive long-term talent attraction by promoting the Churchill brand across multiple social channels * Build strong relationships with hiring managers and nurture active talent pools * Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies As a Recruitment Partner you will have: * Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments * Skilled in leveraging job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent and develop talent pipelines * Solid understanding of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, ideally with ATS experience * Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information What we offer you We believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
