You will provide expert, inclusive advice on ER cases including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances, supporting a diverse management group across the business.
You will work with the Head of HR to complete ET3 forms and Employment Tribunal Bundles, and produce monthly confidential ER reports to identify trends and improvements.
