We are looking for a Cleaning Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of large corporate buildings in London. The role of Cleaning Key Account Manager would suit a people-focused leader who is passionate about motivating teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-specification cleaning standards are consistently achieved. You will be the main point of contact for the client and help deliver exceptional service every day. This position sits within our Portfolio division, a specialist cleaning service designed for professional workplaces where the look and feel of the environment directly impacts employee well-being, productivity, and brand perception.

As Cleaning Key Account Manager, you will be:
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service consistently
- Carrying out audits, preparing reports, and delivering projects in collaboration with the Regional Director
- Organising regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and specifications
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations
- Continuously looking for opportunities to improve services, drive efficiencies, and add value for clients
As Cleaning Key Account Manager, you will have:
- Strong people management skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- The ability to plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract performance monitoring
- A good understanding of Health & Safety within the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Previous experience working with commercial clients (preferred but not essential)
