This is a great opportunity to join our IT team in the Gateshead office. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be assisting and supporting the wider team across the administration of user services.
As IT Service Desk Analyst you will:
- Administrator and control of all internal line of business software systems
- Maintain, update and create administration documentation
- Administrator and support with IT assets and equipment including iPads, laptops and mobile phones, liaising with the external 3rd party Mobile Communications provider
- Troubleshoot network issues and liaising with our network providers
- Take incoming calls and remotely support IT issues
- Support on IT projects when required.
As IT Service Desk Analyst youβll have:
- Good administration background and able to perform general administrative activities.
- Effective communicator with telephone and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and work at all levels across a diverse organisation
- Strong team player with a high level of attention to detail
- A problem solver with a logical and structured approach to work
