Are you a confident and supportive leader with a passion for high standards and team development? We\’re looking for a Night Cleaning Duty Manager to join our Transport Division. In this role, you\’ll lead a team of four Supervisors, helping maintain high cleaning standards across multiple rail sites and ensuring night operations run smoothly.

As Night Cleaning Duty Manager you will:

  • Supporting and guiding Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards.
  • Ensuring team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date.
  • Carrying out daily quality audits and reporting findings to the Account Manager.
  • Helping to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise.
  • Leading regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks).

As Night Cleaning Duty Manager you\’ll have:

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning, FM, or a similar operational setting.
  • Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and (ideally) an IOSH certificate.
  • A calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure. A people-first mindset – you\’re committed to supporting and motivating your team.
  • Ability to meet vetting requirements, including a 5-year work history check.
