Covering 5 locations between London and Kent £29,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience Are you a confident and supportive leader with a passion for high standards and team development? We’re looking for a Cleaning Duty Manager to join our Transport Division between London and Kent. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Cleaning Operatives helping maintain high cleaning standards across multiple rail sites and ensuring operations run smoothly. As a Cleaning Duty Manager you will: * Supporting and guiding Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards. * Ensuring team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date. * Carrying out daily quality audits and reporting findings to the Account Manager. * Helping to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise. * Leading regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks). As a Cleaning Duty Manager you’ll have: * Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning, FM, or a similar operational setting. * Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and (ideally) an IOSH certificate. * A calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure. A people-first mindset – you\’re committed to supporting and motivating your team. * Ability to meet vetting requirements, including a 5-year work history check.
