Based across Birmingham, £45,000 to £48,000 per annum plus car or car allowance. We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our Central division overseeing corporate, commercial and education contracts. Reporting into the Account Director, you will manage and motivate a team of 3 field-based Managers, driving the performance of the business and operating strategies for the region.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be:
- Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
- Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
- Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region.
- Managing client engagement, and driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins.
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have:
- Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome.
- The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Experience gained ideally with a mixture of client groups including commercial, local authority and education.
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy.
- Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
