Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Water Hygiene Plumber to support the delivery of plumbing and servicing works across your designated area. Main Duties:
- Work within ACOP L8 guidance and associated company documents to ensure any plant worked on is safe and free from Legionella risks.
- Carry out planned plumbing and maintenance remedial works to hot and cold water systems across customer properties including water storage tank refurbishment, hot water cylinder replacements, pipework alterations, cleaning and disinfections.
- Work in accordance with Water Regulations, HSG274 & ACoP L8 as instructed.
- Identify deviations and recommend corrective action.
- Act as a liaison between client and head office.
- Ensure on‑site records are maintained in line with the scope of works.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and deliver water hygiene management and compliance, ensuring all PPM contract requirements are met across allocated sites.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
To Succeed in This Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to work hard to understand and deliver the key principles of the statutory requirements within ACOP L8, HSG 274, and Health Care Technical Memorandum 04/01. You will be an extremely diligent person fully committed to ensuring our clients receive a professional service with the highest standards of customer service.
