£30,000 to £35,000 per annum
Supporting on small to medium corporate cleaning contracts in London. We are seeking a Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a pool of sites across London\’s City and West End. This role would suit a people-focused Manager who can motivate their team to maintain high-specification cleaning standards. This position will sit under our Portfolio division. It\’s specifically designed for organisations for whom a higher standard of care and finish really matters – because the way their environment looks and feels is important to their business.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
- Carrying out ad-hoc activities such as reports and audits
- Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with the client
- Being responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth
Requirements / What you\\\’ll have
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and influence at a senior level
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Experience working with commercial clients previously would be highly desirable
