We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Central division overseeing a multisite contract including education and commercial sites.
You\’ll manage a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring their 21 sites are thoroughly supervised and that high standards are maintained. No two days will be the same. Your strong interpersonal skills will support and develop your team.
As an Account Manager, you\’ll be:
- Maintaining strong client relationships with high satisfaction levels
- Ensuring quality service delivery
- Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
- Carrying out ad-hoc activities such as projects, reports, and audits to support the Operations Manager
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures and legislation
- Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
As an Account Manager, you\’ll have:
- Experience managing cleaning or grounds contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
- Knowledge of Health and Safety systems
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
