About the role
Due to continued growth and success at Churchill Estates Management, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer / Legal Administration team. Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for buyers’ and sellers’ solicitors during the resale process
- Providing documentation and responding accurately to enquiries, supporting their conveyancing process
- Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Managing the shared inbox and prioritising urgent correspondence
- Assisting leaseholders with queries relating to subletting and lifetime mortgages
- Scanning and processing post as required
- Handling calls from solicitors and leaseholders when necessary
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- The ability to use initiative and adapt priorities as workloads change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English language and numeracy skills to a minimum of GCSE grade C / 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong teamworking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the team
- A reliable, positive, and can-do attitude
Previous administration or legal administration experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
