Our in-house team of experts, which include Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial and Construction teams, enable you to create offers efficiently and effectively, drawing from their wealth of experience and specialist knowledge. In this a fast-moving and all-encompassing role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of land buying, including: Investigating opportunities through an extensive network of contactsIdentifying sites directly through your own efforts of targeted marketingDesktop research, data analysis and utilising Land InsightWe believe there is nothing better than seeing something for yourself to appreciate which sites will meet our customer's needs, so we would want you to visit your target towns in personCarrying out site appraisals, creating reports and proposalsManaging the offer and negotiation processWorking with your Land Director and wider team to help formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region. You'll have previous Land Buying experience within the property sector, but this does not need to be within residential, as many of our successful Land Buyers have joined us with a background in land acquisition from the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. This is supported by a strong desire and support from the Executive Directors to secure good quality sites for our developments. We are looking for people who are confident and competent drivers, with a valid UK drivers' licence as you'll be spending a large proportion of your time out of the office.
