Churchill Retirement Living is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the West Kirby development in the Northern region.

You will manage the entire construction cycle from drawings to handover, ensuring deadlines are met and NHBC standards are achieved on site.

Based on site, reporting to the Construction Director, you will coordinate trades, materials, and Health & Safety, control costs, and maintain site presentation.
