Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new development in Rainham, Kent. You will support the Site Manager, using drawings and instructions, to drive the build to programme and ensure NHBC and company standards are met on site.
Based in the South East region, you will coordinate trades, materials and site presentation, manage health and safety, and assist with cost control. A CSCS card, NVQ 3/4 in Site Management and a valid UK driving licence are required.
