We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our brand new development coming to Honiton, comprising of 57 apartments. This stunning independent living retirement development is centrally located on the banks of the River Otter.

About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our expanding South West region to lead our exciting new development in Honiton. Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Based on site and reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll successfully manage all aspects of the building site, with responsibility for health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control.

About you: Successful applicants will hold a black or white CSCS card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site/Construction Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building multi-storey residential apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation. You will be confident reading drawings, plans and managing budgets; in addition to the site team and subcontractors. Operating as project lead, the successful Senior Site Manager will also have sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and must be a qualified First Aider at Work.
