Churchill Retirement Living in the South East is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Oxted development in Kent.
You will support the Site Manager, using drawings and instructions to help meet deadlines and maintain NHBC standards, while coordinating trades, materials and health and safety on site.
Based on site, you will be expected to travel between sites within the region, and be ready for occasional call-outs. A CSCS card and NVQ Level 3/4 are required.
