Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for its South East region, overseeing a development in Oxted, Kent. You will support the Site Manager in the full construction cycle to hit deadlines, maintain NHBC standards, manage site safety, trades, materials and cost control.
You'll hold a CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, with driving licence, and be prepared for occasional call-outs and site relocations after completion of developments.
