Churchill Medical Centre invites applications for a Clinical Pharmacist with Independent Prescriber qualification to join our Primary Care Network across The Churchill, Canbury, Orchard and Berrylands practices. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with community and hospital colleagues to optimise medicines for approximately 50,000 patients.
