The role supports repeat prescribing, medicines optimisation and safe, efficient systems to maximise patient outcomes, working with prescribing clerks, clinical pharmacists, GPs and nurses.
You will be joining a collaborative team focused on improving health and patient care, with opportunities for patient-facing work and ongoing training.
