Churchill Living is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Byfleet on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working on South East region projects. You will manage the financial cycle of two to three contracts, from cost preparation to procurement, subcontractor payments, cost forecasting and monthly reporting, liaising with Construction, Procurement and the MD.
You should have a construction background, with surveying experience, ideally in residential development;
