Developments are designed to provide security, peace of mind and independence.

About the role: We are always on the lookout for talented Full-Time Sales Executives to work in our developments across the South West region, including Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. As a Sales Executive, you’ll proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in knowing more about our developments and provide the best advice on their purchase of the apartment and the lifestyle. You will build strong relationships with customers to ensure that they have a hassle free and positive experience from enquiry to move in day. You will have responsibility for the achievement of sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development, gaining an understanding of the site. You’ll then have the opportunity to show customers apartments and work within a dynamic sales team, liaising closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion. Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 5.00pm.

About you: We’d love it if you had previous new homes sales experience, even better if you’ve specialised in the retirement market. Your calming and supportive approach will ensure our Customers are at ease when making important decisions. The key essential attributes are excellent Customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sale targets. You’ll need to be happy working independently, and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing. You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
