About the role
A varied, diverse and interesting secretarial role supporting Senior Directors of the business. You will be responsible for but certainly never limited to:
- Coordinating an extremely active calendar of appointments, booking complex travel plans and schedules
- Organising and completing expenses on a monthly basis
- Producing letters and documents as required
- Providing a link for smooth communication between the Directors and internal / external stakeholders
- Identifying and anticipating priorities and finding ways to add value and support
- Following up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence
- Providing administration support across a variety of tasks and projects on a daily basis
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00 am until 5.30 pm and Friday 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.
About you
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and diligent Secretary who will enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambitious business. Your background will include directly supporting Senior Directors or Executives, including diary coordination and booking complex travel arrangements. Our new Secretary will be highly organised with a structured and timely approach to their work. You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings. Above all you will love a varied set of responsibilities and find achievement in supporting others.
