About the role
A varied, diverse and interesting senior administrative support role supporting the Divisional Directors. You will be responsible for but certainly never limited to:
- Coordinating an extremely active calendar of meetings.
- Taking accurate and comprehensive minutes of key meetings, including Division Board meeting.
- Liaising with Senior Executive Directors.
- Organise and complete expenses on a monthly basis.
- Producing letters and documents, as required.
- Identifying and anticipating priorities and finding ways to add value and support.
- Following up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
- Providing administration support across a variety of tasks and projects on a daily basis.
Core hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00 am until 5.30 pm and Friday 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.
About you
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and diligent PA who will enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambitious business. Your background will include directly supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives, including diary coordination, minute taking and associate actions. Our new team member will be highly organised with a structured and timely approach to their work. You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings. Above all you will love a varied set of responsibilities and find achievement in supporting others.
