About the role
As part of the Executive Office, you will support the CEO, MD, and CFO by managing shifting priorities, busy diaries, and building strong relationships across the company. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, expenses, preparing documents, and arranging travel.
- Facilitating communication between the Executive Office and stakeholders.
- Anticipating priorities and upcoming projects.
- Following up on information requests and reports.
- Creating a welcoming environment for colleagues.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am β 5:30 pm; Friday 9:00 am β 5:00 pm.
About you
We seek an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who supports senior leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience supporting directors, preferably in a privately owned business, is preferred but not essential. You should be highly organized, able to work outside routines, think quickly, and handle diverse responsibilities. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and meeting minute-taking are essential.
