About the role

We are recruiting a talented, ambitious and forward‑thinking Architect to join our design team in our Midlands regional office in Bromsgrove.

We believe that great design is the foundation of what we do – as one of our Architects you will use your creative skills to produce high‑quality architecture to maximise development potential.

You will be involved in scheme designs from feasibility study through to planning permission and beyond, putting forward passionately created idea’s that will meet the criteria of the various internal and external specifications.

It’s the attention to detail that makes the difference and as one of our Architects you’ll have your work seen and admired by many.

You’ll be working in a busy and exciting commercial environment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy and you’ll see a number of your designs built each year. You’ll play a key part in the development process, working closely with our in‑house land, planning, technical, surveying, construction and sales teams; you’ll also get to see customers enjoy the spaces you designed, as their new homes.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Friday.

About you

You will be passionate about architectural design, and up to date in all aspects of architectural planning and building / construction regulations and registered with ARB.

We’d love it if you have at least 2 years previous experience of working for another developer.

You will have a good eye for great design and can see ways to overcome potential challenges. After all, great design is the foundation of what we do!
