Job Title: In-House Recruiter Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire with some travel required About the job This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, growing business, playing a key role in ensuring we continue to attract and engage the very best talent in the market to ensure our continued success. Our In-House Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of a number of roles across the Churchill Group. Coordinating the process from taking an initial vacancy brief, to conducting telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews, and managing the offer process. It is important to us that our candidates have the very best experience throughout the recruitment process, and our In-House Recruiter will help to upskill and coach our hiring managers to achieve this whilst ensuring that the best hiring decisions are made every time. Typical tasks will include, but are not limited to, Taking a vacancy brief from hiring managers and agreeing a timetable for recruitment Drafting engaging adverts and posting these across relevant job boards Sifting CVs and screening candidates, ensuring that the best talent is presented to hiring managers Building and maintaining rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hir…
