An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Manager to join a high-performing finance function in a high-impact, transformation-led role. This position sits at the heart of group finance, combining strategic business partnering, performance leadership and FP&A transformation, with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how FP&A operates across the business.

The Role
You will play a key role in driving group-wide performance management while leading the evolution of the FP&A function. Key responsibilities include:
- Performance & Commercial Leadership
- Leading company-level performance reporting across divisions (EBIT, working capital, KPIs)
- Owning delivery of high-quality, insight-led analysis to support executive decision making
- Challenging divisional performance, forecasts and assumptions at senior stakeholder level
- Acting as a true business partner to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction
- Planning & Strategic Insight
- Owning and enhancing the annual planning cycle (Budget, Forecast, Mid-Term Plan)
- Leading scenario modelling and financial simulations to support strategic initiatives
- Providing forward-looking insight to drive improved business performance
- FP&A Transformation & Capability Build
- Driving the transformation of the group FP&A function, introducing new tools, processes and ways of working
- Improving reporting automation, data quality and analytical capability
- Developing more forward-looking, insight-driven FP&A outputs (moving beyond retrospective reporting)
- Partnering with systems / data teams to enhance BI and reporting infrastructure
- Acting as a champion for continuous improvement and innovation within finance

About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Background in Transaction Services, Deals, Audit or FP&A
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Experience or interest in driving change / improving processes / implementing new ideas
- Advanced Excel; exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) advantageous
You will bring intellectual curiosity, leadership mindset and a desire to improve how finance adds value.
