Churchill Howard is recruiting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Head of Finance to join a large scale, purpose-led organisation in the Midlands. This is a high-profile, strategic role partnering directly with senior leadership to drive performance, shape growth strategy, and lead financial oversight across a fast paced, complex, multi-site operation.
- Ownership of financial performance including budgeting, forecasting & reporting
- Driving commercial insight and decision-making
- Leading financial governance, risk management & cash flows
- Supporting growth across existing and new markets, managing risks and identifying opportunities
- Optimising processes through the use of data analytics and reporting tools
- Developing and leading a high-performing finance team
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post qualification experience. Proven senior finance leadership with P&L ownership. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills. Data-driven, analytical, and a confident decision-maker. Ability to make a genuine commercial impact. Longer term further career development and progression opportunities.
