The Opportunity
Churchill Howard are excited to be partnering with a successful division of a large plc based in North Birmingham to recruit a Finance Manager on an 18-month maternity cover contract. The Role
This is a true business partnering position, working closely with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and support key decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence financial and commercial outcomes
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles
- Delivering clear, insight-driven analysis on performance, costs, and profitability
- Supporting strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions
- Enhancing financial models, reporting, and planning processes
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large organisation
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
