We’re partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner into a pivotal leadership role. This is far more than traditional finance — you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering directly with senior leadership to accelerate growth, improve profitability and turn insight into action.
Leading finance across a large operational footprint, you’ll challenge performance, unlock opportunities, and help steer commercial decisions that deliver measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and influence key decisions
- Drive sales, margin, EBITDA and cash performance across a complex multi-site operation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Translate financial insight into clear commercial actions
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and operational improvement
- Build strong relationships across a matrix environment and create accountability for results
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven finance leadership experience within a multi-site, operationally intensive environment
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Highly visible leadership role with genuine influence
