Churchill Howard is working on behalf of a top tier firm of Chartered Accountants who have one of the largest and most successful global transaction services teams in Birmingham and the Midlands. The transaction services team is headed up by the global and national corporate finance partner, who is one of the leading partners in this sector. They are looking for qualified accountants to join their team in Birmingham to help manage a broad range of transactions across corporate and private equity or cross border deals.
The successful individuals may be working for a top ten / big 4 firm / or corporate finance 'boutique' with experience of working in corporate finance or TS (i.e. secondment or some relevant experience) and have the vibrant personality and sharpness that is key to working in this dynamic service line. You will have the ability to understand and learn about key business drivers, to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports, including financial due diligence and capital market reports.
You should also be confident in presenting to clients across a range of sectors, size of organisation and potentially in different countries from time to time. This presents an excellent opportunity to progress your career within one of the leading corporate finance teams in the country and put yourself in the shop window for strategic finance roles in the most sought after practices / boutiques / PE backed companies and brand named organisations.
