Reporting Accountant Birmingham | Newly Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMAAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified accountant to join a well-established business in Birmingham in a broad Reporting Accountant role.
This would suit someone who has recently completed their ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification and is looking to take the next step in their career within a sizeable and commercially focused finance function.
Working as part of the wider finance team, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting while gaining exposure across a varied business.
The role Responsibilities are likely to include:* Supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting* Preparation and review of management and statutory reporting information* Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning activity* Providing analysis and commentary around financial performance* Working with stakeholders across finance and the wider business* Supporting audit requirements and process improvement* Assisting with ad hoc reporting and wider finance projects About you We are looking for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with a strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting.
