Churchill Howard is supporting a leading UK financial services organisation with the appointment of a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager.

This is a senior second-line risk position offering excellent exposure to Executive and Board stakeholders.

You will help shape the Group's enterprise risk approach, strengthen governance and provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a business, challenging constructively and influencing how risk is managed.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance the Group's enterprise risk framework.- Lead strategic risk identification, assessment and monitoring.- Maintain and evolve the Group's risk appetite framework.- Prepare clear, commercially focused reporting for senior leadership and Board committees.- Assess emerging risks and undertake thematic reviews.- Support regulatory and governance activity, including ICAAP and annual reporting requirements.- Improve risk MI, data and reporting capabilities.- Work closely with specialist risk teams and business leaders to strengthen risk management.- Promote a positive risk culture through effective challenge and stakeholder engagement.

You'll bring strong enterprise risk experience, ideally gained within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
