Management Accountant

They\’re now looking to appoint a Management Accountant to take ownership of financial performance across one of their key regions – providing insight, challenge, and support to operational leaders as the business continues to grow.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant who enjoys being close to the numbers and the people behind them – combining technical excellence with commercial awareness.

The Role

As Management Accountant, you\’ll :

Produce accurate and timely management accounts for your region, ensuring robust controls and clear variance analysis.

Partner with regional and operational managers to understand performance drivers and support informed decision-making.

Lead on forecasting and budgeting, providing clear commentary and challenge to improve accuracy and accountability.

Drive visibility of key KPIs and financial metrics, helping to identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.

Support with balance sheet reconciliations, month‑end close, and year‑end audit processes.

Get involved in wider business projects – from system improvements to strategic growth initiatives.
