Churchill Howard are excited to partner with a long-established UK brand with a strong reputation to recruit a commercial finance manager - FP&A. You will partner closely with operational and commercial teams by providing clear financial reports, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to support informed decision-making.

You will provide timely analysis and assistance to the commercial finance team and take ownership of a broad range of activities, including:

  • Reporting and analysis on key performance drivers
  • Forecasting, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities
  • Supporting delivery of period-end processes
  • Assisting the FP&A team in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Producing business cases and post-investment reviews for new initiatives
  • Preparing reports for internal committees and stakeholders
  • Reviewing business performance with operational management and presenting to senior groups (up to 20 people)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise key commercial levers
  • Developing large-scale data reporting capabilities to enhance business performance visibility
  • Supporting ad hoc strategic and analytical requirements

In this role, you will contribute to delivering the organisation's strategic priorities and long-term financial objectives through accurate analysis and effective decision support. About You

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. You will bring:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • The ability to understand and explain key performance drivers

  • An analytical mindset with the initiative to anticipate and resolve challenges
